About VICTOR 2023
The 11th Visayas ICT Organization (VICTOR) Conference and the 8th Creative Congress theme is “Capturing the MAGIC in 3D (Digital Innovation, Digital Governance, Digital Workforce).” The MAGIC in 3D symbolizes collaboration between academe, government, and industry.
- Digital Innovation: New technological ways reshaping various sectors, emphasizing adaptation and forward-thinking.
- Digital Governance:Â Utilizing digital tools to enhance governance across various domains.
- Digital Workforce:Â Addressing the need for Filipino workers to be skilled and adaptable in the digital realm.
Visually, deep red signifies the urgency of digital transformation in Visayas. Three-dimensional triangles represent the three digital dimensions and the three Visayan regions. These triangles emphasize growth and progression. The mobile phone with the Visayas Map underlines the regional importance of digital development. Incorporating the Philippine flag connects the conference’s regional emphasis to its national relevance. Overall, the theme stresses the comprehensive embrace of the digital era, spotlighting Visayas’ potential within the Philippine context.
